About the Role
Seeking a well-presented, polished, and dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational capabilities. This person will leverage experience and confidence in front office management to ensure seamless operation of company front office and leave a positive impression on all visitors and callers. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company and its processes is essential to effectively address inquiries confidently and assertively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, informing company staff of guest arrivals promptly.
- Efficiently operate the switchboard and handle all inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage both internal and external communications including international calls routed through reception.
- Maintain and update the contact database accurately.
- Send and receive faxes as required, as well as manage courier dispatch and receipt transactions while keeping the system current.
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed to support the broader administration team.
- Handle distribution of faxes and daily mail efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance characterized by a well-groomed and energetic demeanor.
- Orientation towards excellent customer service.
