Role Overview

Operating within the expanding Finance team, the Financial Analyst will aid the UK and Ireland divisions by partnering closely with Commercial and Revenue Operations teams. This role emphasizes forecasting, pricing strategies, pipeline insights, and managing revenue performance, acting as a bridge between finance, sales, and operations. The position offers promising career development backed by a structured onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance monthly reporting packages delivered to budget holders, focusing on improving reporting functions and processes across the company.
Prepare and communicate annual revenue and cost budgets.
Support revenue forecasting, ensuring accuracy by collaborating with sales to incorporate closed deals and margin details.
Create financial models to assist senior management with commercial decisions.
Collaborate with Commercial Directors and GTM teams to facilitate growth plans.
Design financial models for new opportunities, pricing, contract renewals, and margin improvement.
Deliver actionable insights regarding customer profitability, product mixes, service contributions, churn, upsell, and retention trends.
Assist deal governance by enforcing pricing discipline and commercial alignment.
Maintain operating metrics reports to clarify business performance and resource usage.
Participate in merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence financial modeling.

Candidate Profile

Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
Understanding of financial closing and consolidation processes.
Experience focused on analysis, financial modeling, and business partnership.
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
Strong skills in developing and interpreting financial models.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, self-motivated individual able to work independently.
