About the Role

Elusav Recruitment invites applications for an Estimator position within a prominent Irish-owned Fire and Security Systems company based in Dublin. This organisation serves a diverse clientele in the industrial and commercial sectors, specialising in both standard and advanced technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed quotes for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm installations.
• Analyze site survey documentation to derive accurate and comprehensive quotation details.
• Evaluate tender specifications and documents for diverse public and private sector projects.
• Source and appraise pricing from suppliers to ensure cost-effective estimates.
• Create comprehensive cost analyses and complete tender submissions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to clarify technical necessities.
• Provide technical costing support to sales and business development units.
• Guarantee that all quotes adhere to applicable standards and client requirements.
• Oversee pricing records and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
• Assist in transitioning commissioned projects to operational teams smoothly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience within the Fire & Security sector or electrical contracting.
• Proven experience in drafting quotations, cost estimates, or tender documents.
• Solid knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection technology.
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and site reports.
• Excellent commercial insight and cost evaluation capabilities.
