About the Role

This position is for a dispatcher who wants to contribute in a young, energetic team and take on responsibility in a flexible environment. The role is based in Rostock and focuses on vehicle planning with a strong emphasis on quality, communication, and independent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate vehicles while keeping high quality standards in mind.
Think creatively and adapt quickly to changing situations.
Use German and English confidently in both spoken and written communication.
Work professionally with Office software, or be willing to learn it quickly.
Use the freedom given in the role to take ownership and act responsibly.

Qualifications

Completed commercial training in forwarding/logistics or relevant experience in dispatching.
Professional experience in a similar role.
Strong command of MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
Discretion, loyalty, and a high level of initiative.

Work Arrangement

The role is primarily on-site in Rostock, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Germany, but partial remote work can be arranged in consultation. Full-time is preferred, though part-time or alternative scheduling and work location proposals are welcome.
