About the Role

This position is for a dispatcher who wants to contribute in a young, energetic team and take on responsibility in a flexible environment. The role is based in Rostock and focuses on vehicle planning with a strong emphasis on quality, communication, and independent decision-making.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training in forwarding/logistics or relevant experience in dispatching.
• Professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
• Discretion, loyalty, and a high level of initiative.

Work Arrangement

The role is primarily on-site in Rostock, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Germany, but partial remote work can be arranged in consultation. Full-time is preferred, though part-time or alternative scheduling and work location proposals are welcome.
