Royal York Property Management, a prominent property management firm overseeing numerous residential rentals throughout Ontario, is seeking dependable and meticulous Cleaners to expand its cleaning team.

Job Duties

• Carry out comprehensive move-in and move-out cleaning for rental properties.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied residences as needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and other common areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning including baseboards, interior cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive tasks, follow instructions, use GPS navigation, upload photos, and update job progress.
• Inspect completed work to verify it meets company quality standards.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be cleaned effectively.
• Travel independently between job locations using own vehicle.

Essential Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to perform both turnover and regular housekeeping cleaning services.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for transportation and carrying cleaning supplies.
• Own necessary cleaning tools and equipment to fulfill job duties.
• Possess a compatible smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, GPS usage, photo capture, instruction reading, and job updates.
• Comfortable cleaning a variety of residential spaces and detailed components like baseboards and appliances.
• Ability to work autonomously while following detailed cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adhere to GPS-confirmed arrival times.
