Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive move-in and move-out cleaning services for rental residences
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and homes
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied residences as needed
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and shared surfaces
• Perform deep cleaning tasks including baseboards, cabinetry interiors, and appliance interiors
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive job assignments, access instructions, navigate using GPS, upload photographs, and update job progress
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
• Document and report any property damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges
• Travel between cleaning appointments using a personal vehicle

Required Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in paid professional cleaning roles
• Proficiency in both move-in/move-out cleaning and regular housekeeping duties
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for transportation and carrying cleaning materials
• Ownership of necessary cleaning tools and supplies for residential cleaning tasks
• Capability to operate a smartphone compatible with mobile work apps, including GPS navigation, photography, instruction reading, and job updating
• Comfortable cleaning detailed residential areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to cleaning guidelines
• Basic skills in English communication
• Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to use GPS-confirmed arrival times
