Job description
Overview
The Cashier plays a vital role within the finance department by accurately processing, recording, and reporting financial transactions in alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate routine aged debtor reports to aid in credit control and debt collection efforts.
- Manage personal work schedule independently while coordinating with support services and delegating short-term tasks as needed.
- Provide primarily routine assistance for sales operations.
- Address straightforward customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Utilize data management systems to retrieve specific information efficiently.
- Perform basic customer service duties and respond to simple enquiries.
Education and Experience
Possession of a Vocational or Technical Diploma in relevant fields such as automotive, mechanical, or related disciplines is required. Candidates should have zero to two years of experience in a similar or supporting function.
