Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The role involves driving company growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong customer connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and initiate contact to generate business opportunities.
- Convert generated leads into confirmed sales and meet predetermined targets monthly and quarterly.
- Build and sustain relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Follow up on client inquiries and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Compile and submit comprehensive sales reports and provide market insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office and CRM software tools.
