Overview
Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an accomplished digital leader to become their Associate Director of Digital Transformation, reporting directly to the Medical Director. This senior leadership role encompasses acting as both the Trust's Chief Digital Officer and Chief Data Officer, with responsibility for directing digital, data, and technology initiatives that enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the Trust’s digital strategy and lead enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Oversee optimization of Electronic Patient Records (EPR) and other digital platforms to improve clinical and operational workflows.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity, information governance, and business continuity frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to promote innovation, data-informed decision-making, and the adoption of emerging technologies for enhanced patient and staff experiences.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in delivering digital transformation within complex organizations, preferably healthcare.
- Master’s degree or equivalent educational background, complemented by relevant professional qualifications.
- Proficiency in digital strategy development, data management, cybersecurity practices, governance structures, program management, and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Details
New hires will begin on a fixed monthly start date aligned with the Prepare to Care (P2C) induction program, which offers up to three weeks of training to fulfill initial training and induction requirements.
