About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager to oversee operations within our international process team based in Mohali, Chandigarh. The role demands a proactive leader with extensive experience in BPO operations who can manage teams effectively, drive performance, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee complete operational workflows to meet and exceed collection targets.
- Continuously track agent and team performance in alignment with KPIs and service level agreements.
- Implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and enhance recovery processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and initiate corrective measures where necessary.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedural guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a BPO environment.
- In-depth knowledge of key performance indicators and service level agreements coupled with team leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Graduation from any recognized university is a mandatory criterion.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
Compensation and Other Details
The position offers a salary package providing up to a 30% increment over the current CTC, capped at 7,000,000 INR annually.
