Overview
As an Admin Executive, you will oversee essential office administrative duties ensuring smooth business functioning. Your role will involve managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and supporting various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks and facilitate operational workflows.
- Manage inventory including office supplies and stationery stock.
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and service requirements.
- Keep accurate records, handle documentation, and prepare MIS reports.
- Organize meetings, arrange travel plans, accommodation, and prepare conference room setups.
- Supervise housekeeping, security services, and maintain office facilities.
- Manage courier services, dispatches, and both incoming and outgoing communications.
- Process purchase requests and ensure proper maintenance of vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with HR and various departments to fulfill administrative needs.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and office protocols.

Compensation
