Eligibility

Candidates must have completed at least 10th or 12th standard.
Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years of age.

Salary and Benefits

OB Picking / FC-22

Monthly in-hand pay of ₹15,628, plus PF and ESIC.
Attendance bonus of ₹1,000.
Picking incentive of ₹3,000.
Retention or rotational bonus of ₹2,000.
Cold or summer allowance of ₹1,500.
Migrant allowance of ₹1,500.
Joining bonus of ₹2,500.

Other departments

Monthly in-hand pay of ₹15,128, plus PF and ESIC.
Attendance bonus of ₹1,000.
Department incentive of ₹500.
Rotational bonus of ₹2,000.
Summer allowance of ₹1,500.

Night shift allowance: ₹120 per day.
