About the Internship
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates familiar with video editing platforms such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva Video to join our mission-driven team. Candidates should have an interest in exploring emerging AI-powered video solutions like Runway and Kling AI, possessing at least a foundational understanding of AI-aided content creation and prompt generation or a strong willingness to learn these skills.
The ideal intern will demonstrate a solid grasp of storytelling principles including pacing and flow, attaching importance to engaging audiences effectively. Familiarity with popular social media video formats such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts is necessary. Creative thinking and experimentation to refine ideas are highly valued, along with the capability to balance AI-assisted and personal creative inputs judiciously.
Attention to detail and consistent quality standards are critical, as is openness to constructive feedback, willingness to revise and enhance video edits, and effective communication within a collaborative team environment. Self-management skills including adhering to deadlines and organizing multiple editing projects efficiently will be essential. A natural curiosity to keep up with evolving video editing trends, AI tools, and creative methodologies will be encouraged and supported.
