About the Internship

This internship provides hands-on experience in the Human Resources domain within a fast-growing Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain operating in India. Interns will assist in various recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating closely with the HR team to streamline hiring and employee documentation.

• Support candidate sourcing efforts to attract suitable applicants.
• Conduct daily screening calls to identify promising candidates from a broad applicant pool.
• Manage interview scheduling and communicate effectively with candidates to coordinate their participation.
• Facilitate onboarding procedures, including handling documentation and formal joining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and current employees.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months. They need to be available to start between July 20, 2026, and August 24, 2026, and should possess the relevant skills and interests pertinent to Human Resources activities.

The internship is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, at California Burrito, a notable restaurant chain with over 100 locations across major Indian cities. The company prides itself on sourcing quality ingredients transparently and operates India's first Hass avocado farm with more than 500 trees. Compensation and Perks

Stipend ranges between INR 9,500 to 10,000 per month. Interns benefit from a certificate upon completion, flexible working hours, a casual dress code, and a five-day workweek.
