About the Internship

Hunt Digital Media, an online marketing company operating websites and gaming applications, seeks a motivated HR Recruitment Intern. This remote internship involves supporting the hiring cycle by posting openings, screening applicants, coordinating with candidates, and forwarding shortlisted individuals to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish job vacancies on various recruitment portals.
• Regularly review and organize incoming job applications.
• Evaluate candidates against job criteria to shortlist qualified individuals.
• Communicate with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Assign screening tasks or tests to potential hires as needed.
• Track candidate responses and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Manage recruitment data and keep hiring trackers updated.
• Arrange interview schedules for shortlisted candidates.
• Send the profiles of suitable candidates to the hiring manager for consideration.
• Provide daily summaries on recruitment progress and the hiring status.

Candidate Requirements

• Good proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational abilities and efficient time management skills.
• Capability to scrutinize resumes effectively to identify appropriate candidates.
• Professional communication skills via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in work.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage duties independently.
• Eager to learn recruitment and talent acquisition methodologies.

Who Should Apply

This internship is suitable for candidates who have the availability to work remotely, can start between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026, and can commit to a six-month duration. Stipend and Benefits
