About the Internship
This role is for an in-office HR recruitment internship where you will support hiring activities from sourcing to candidate follow-up. The position is based in Bangalore and is open to applicants who can commit to a 6-month internship starting immediately.
What You Will Do
- Identify potential candidates using internal databases, referrals, boolean search techniques, job boards, mass outreach, and social media channels.
- Assist with the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and matching profiles to role requirements.
- Review shortlisted applicants against client expectations, prepare them for interview stages, and keep track of progress until final selection and joining.

Stipend and Conversion Opportunity
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹35,000. The structure includes a fixed component of ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹20,000 per month. This is also a performance-based internship, and in addition to the minimum assured stipend, a performance-linked incentive of ₹20,000 is offered per 8 joiners. If converted into a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per year.
