This position involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer records, account details, and operational data within internal platforms. It is ideal for those beginning or progressing in data management roles focused on remote work environments. Successful candidates must consent to background screening due to handling sensitive company and client data.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely input customer, account, and operational data into company databases and management tools.
- Verify submitted details for completeness and correct format, reporting inconsistencies to supervisors.
- Keep digital records orderly across various client accounts and internal systems.
- Achieve daily goals concerning accuracy and speed as set by management.
- Report progress, questions, and task completions to team leaders through email and communication channels.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all handled data and account information.
- Support document formatting, file organization, and general administrative tasks when requested.
- Engage in brief team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures and systems.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Typing ability of at least 40 words per minute with good accuracy is preferred.
- Must have a dependable internet connection and a quiet, disturbance-free workspace at home.
- Excellent attention to detail with capacity to sustain accuracy through large data volumes.
- Self-driven, capable of managing time well and working independently without direct supervision.
