Role overview
Fever is hiring a Venue Manager for the opening of a new immersive experience in Singapore. The company may appoint either a full-time or part-time person for this position. The role sits at the heart of the on-site operation, with the manager acting as an independent operator responsible for delivering a smooth, memorable guest experience and maintaining the venue to a premium standard.
This position is best suited to someone who is highly self-driven, confident working without close supervision, and enthusiastic about live entertainment and interactive experiences. As the venue expands, there may be an opportunity to take on additional attractions within the local portfolio.
What you will do
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations on site and act as the main duty manager.
- Own the guest experience from arrival to departure and ensure every visitor receives a high level of service.
- Deliver energetic, direct hosting and maintain a consistently strong customer service standard.
- Represent the attraction partners and venue in a polished, professional manner.
- Handle simple administrative work using Excel and Word.
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues, including game systems, AV equipment, and other tech elements as they arise.
- Organize and support backup staff or a direct assistant when needed to keep operations covered.
- Carry out any other tasks needed to ensure the venue runs smoothly each day.
- Manage safety and security on site and make risk-based decisions independently.
- Oversee local spending and take responsibility for the day-to-day site budget.
- Coordinate and host fast-moving live event experiences with a practical, hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with complete ownership of the building and the guest journey.
- Strong customer-facing presence and the confidence to host guests in a high-energy environment.
- Comfort representing partner brands and the venue professionally.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word for routine admin tasks.
- Solid comfort with basic technology and on-the-spot troubleshooting.
- Capability to supervise, onboard, and coordinate support staff when required.
- Awareness of health, safety, security, and operational risk management.
- Ability to manage local expenses and budget responsibility.
- Hands-on, proactive, and self-reliant working style.
- Comfort operating live, fast-paced entertainment experiences.
