Role overview
Fever is hiring a Venue Manager for the launch of a new immersive experience in Singapore. The role may be filled on either a full-time or part-time basis. The venue manager will operate the site independently and may later take on responsibility for additional attractions as the local portfolio grows.
This position suits someone who is highly self-driven, enthusiastic about live entertainment, comfortable working without close supervision, and committed to delivering a standout guest experience.
What you will do
- Take charge of the venue as the main duty manager and sole on-site operator.
- Own the guest journey from arrival to departure with minimal supervision.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service through energetic, direct guest engagement.
- Represent the venue and attraction partners in a polished and professional way.
- Handle basic administrative work using Excel and Word.
- Use standard technology confidently and solve on-site issues involving game systems, AV equipment, and other tech elements.
- Help recruit, onboard, and coordinate backup staff or an assistant when needed to maintain continuous coverage.
- Complete other daily tasks required to keep the venue operating smoothly.
- Assess risk and manage safety and security matters independently.
- Oversee local expenses and take responsibility for the day-to-day site budget.
- Work in a proactive, practical, and self-reliant manner every day.
- Host and coordinate fast-moving live event experiences.
Requirements
- Ability to function as the primary duty manager and operate the building alone.
- Strong independence and complete ownership of the full guest experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to host guests in a high-energy manner.
- Professional public-facing communication when dealing with attraction partners and visitors.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word for routine admin work.
- Comfort with basic technology and the confidence to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot.
- Ability to support, train, and coordinate additional staff or an assistant as required.
- Willingness to handle any daily task needed for smooth operations.
- Capability to judge operational risk and manage site safety and security without close oversight.
- Comfort with local expense management and responsibility for the site budget.
- A proactive, hands-on, and self-sufficient working style.
- Ability to coordinate and host fast-paced live experiences.
