Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, diligent Academic Counselor & Institute Coordinator to oversee daily institute operations. The right candidate must have excellent verbal skills to interact effectively with students and parents, manage administrative duties, and support admissions and institute growth independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students and parents on various course offerings and career paths.
- Convert inquiries from walk-ins, online, and phone into confirmed admissions through follow-up.
- Manage telecalling campaigns by contacting prospective students, explaining courses, fees, and scheduling demo sessions.
- Oversee institute administration including batch coordination, attendance, classroom scheduling, and collaboration with trainers and management.
- Handle fee collection, issue receipts, monitor payments, send reminders, and prepare collection reports.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by resolving queries and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Coordinate front desk activities, manage communications through WhatsApp, calls, and email with professionalism.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati with outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong telecalling, counseling, and sales aptitude.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
- Effective organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Applicants with backgrounds in education, training, sales, counseling, telecalling, or administrative roles are preferable but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
