Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Partner Success Manager to closely collaborate with our core technology and executive teams. This role serves as a crucial link between the technologists and end users, helping to drive strategic business development initiatives and streamline operational processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact daily in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Verneek’s products, including evolving features and competitive landscape.
• Acquire foundational knowledge of Verneek’s technology stack and solutions.
• Lead and manage strategic business development projects from conception through execution under executive guidance.
• Collect valuable feedback from business stakeholders and end users to enhance products, technology, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support executives with decision-making, program oversight, and operational tasks.
• Enhance current business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Adapt plans dynamically in a rapidly changing and uncertain environment.
• Oversee daily operations in partnership with executive leadership.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships internally and externally as appropriate.
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned matters by managing communications, inquiries, and action plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years in business management, operations consulting, or executive leadership involving multi-team management and strategic initiative leadership.
• MBA with a focus on finance or closely related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Proficient knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, as well as contract and employment law.
• Familiarity with AI products currently in the market and trends in the technology sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven project management skills with successful interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Annual Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $200,000 annually.
