Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, offer coordination, and onboarding support. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team to guarantee a professional and welcoming candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding. This role requires organization, a people-centric approach, and agility to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere. Note: This role is fully on-site in Newport Beach, CA. Candidates must be willing and able to work on location.
Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary range: $71,000 to $73,000 annually
- Average monthly performance bonus between $400 and $800
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate experience by coordinating pre-screen interviews and maintaining clear communication to keep candidates engaged.
- Host and greet candidates during in-person interviews, ensuring a professional and hospitable setting.
- Organize interview schedules and logistics across different departments.
- Source candidates through job boards, direct outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Review resumes and match candidates to open positions and hiring requirements.
- Maintain detailed and current records in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), including candidate status updates and notes.
- Ensure accuracy in entering offer details in the ATS and facilitate smooth process transitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and maintain active pipelines.
- Provide regular candidate status updates and promote best practices in recruitment.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts via social media and assist in developing job descriptions and recruiting materials.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
- Practical experience with an Applicant Tracking System, with preference for Greenhouse familiarity.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate-first interaction.
- Competent in managing multiple open roles with strong organizational ability.
- Proficient with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor on phone communications and dependable follow-through.
