Role Overview
As a Strategic Consultant at AvePoint, you will serve as a pivotal technical advisor and architect for delivering solutions and services to clients both remotely and on-site. You will be responsible for evaluating, managing, and successfully executing projects that enhance customer adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical consultancy and service delivery engagements including management, migration, and protection of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint using AvePoint tools and solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement enterprise-level AvePoint product and Microsoft technology stack deployments, including next-generation products.
- Provide expert advice on AvePoint and related cloud technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for customers via web conferences or on-site visits.
- Implement tailored technical strategies and solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Act as an advocate for customers, liaising with product management and development teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for projects and deliverables.
- Set clear expectations and deliverables for clients.
- Serve as a hands-on technical resource offering product support, demonstrations, and solution consultations.
- Develop and propose technical solutions, including prototypes and proofs of concept to support product selection.
- Ensure AvePoint product readiness and validation against technical and business requirements.
- Support internal technical projects and enhance quality assurance with scenario testing and virtualized infrastructure.

Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who embrace agility, teamwork, and passion, bringing innovative ideas and a desire to grow professionally. Ideal candidates have extensive consulting experience in software delivery projects and enterprise expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related services.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 6 years in architectural design and development focusing on planning, deployment, or support of enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint architectures, components, and version differences.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital transformation, change management, system migrations, consolidation, and deployments.
- Proficient in programming concepts, business logic, information architecture, and taxonomy strategies in SharePoint/.NET environments.
- Expertise in conducting workshops on IT governance and information governance and compliance strategies for enterprise SharePoint deployments.
- Working understanding of network technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and SMTP.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
- Technical knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards.
- Self-driven with capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills paired with excellent customer service abilities for diverse audiences.
- Strong technical writing skills with proven experience in preparing guides, test documentation, technical outlines, and schematics.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
