Role Summary
The Store Crew role is designed as an entry-level position offering adaptable scheduling to accommodate personal needs. Typical duties include cash and fuel transaction processing, store cleaning, stock replenishment, and food preparation with strict adherence to safety guidelines. Although prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory due to comprehensive training provided.

Candidate Requirements
- A strong commitment to satisfy and exceed customer service expectations consistently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
- Capability to prepare and present food items properly, including coffee, while following health regulations.
- Skillful handling of cash and fuel sales, and active promotion of loyalty rewards.
- Physical ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach repeatedly, and occasionally lift weights up to 50 pounds.
