Job Overview
This opportunity is based in Chennai and requires 0-2 years of experience. The Site Manager will oversee and regulate daily cafeteria operations, including food and beverage services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise daily cafeteria tasks such as managing food and beverage services.
- Address customer inquiries related to the HungerBox product offering.
- Identify client requirements and collaborate with city or central staff to fulfill them effectively.
- Handle escalations at the site level, coordinating with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain strong client relationships through daily meetings and reporting implemented changes to improve user experience.
- Manage food vendors to ensure compliance with HungerBox policies and maintain high service standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background in Hospitality or relevant Food and Beverage programs.
- Previous work experience in the Food and Beverage industry is essential.
