Key Responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and collaborate with city or central staff to fulfill them effectively.
• Handle escalations at the site level, coordinating with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships through daily meetings and reporting implemented changes to improve user experience.
• Manage food vendors to ensure compliance with HungerBox policies and maintain high service standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background in Hospitality or relevant Food and Beverage programs.
• Previous work experience in the Food and Beverage industry is essential.
