Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a conscientious and meticulous Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring the delivery of projects that meet quality standards, are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and comply with all regulations and approved specifications. The Site Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth site operations.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily construction operations at the site.
• Verify that all tasks follow approved plans, specifications, and the project timeline.
• Track construction progress and provide regular status reports to the Project Manager.
• Perform site inspections to uphold quality control standards.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and material suppliers.
• Address technical challenges and deliver engineering solutions during the construction process.
• Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements throughout construction activities.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and related technical documents.
• Support project scheduling, planning, and allocation of resources.
• Identify potential project risks and suggest appropriate remedial measures.
• Ensure that project milestones are achieved within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of construction site supervision and coordination experience within Singapore.
