Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Possess some high school education.
- Preferably have prior experience in operations.
- Comply with local food safety regulations, including obtaining any necessary Food Handler certifications at your own expense.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Working conditions involve exposure to heat and steam, standing for extended durations, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Tasks require swift, accurate food preparation, utilization of kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives, and managing busy, noisy kitchen spaces. Effective communication, adaptability to fast-changing situations, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
