Service Team Member (Kitchen Associate)

As a Service Team Member—Kitchen Associate—you'll play a vital part in ensuring top-tier guest service and food quality at our Warner Robins restaurant. You'll be part of an enthusiastic team, learning valuable skills in a welcoming and safe setting, with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Even if you have no previous experience, we provide comprehensive training to get you started. The role offers a chance to positively impact the local community through our Panda Cares program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences, including greeting, serving dishes, and handling payments at the register.
• Keep the restaurant clean and visually appealing.
• Adhere to operational and safety guidelines for preparing and serving high-quality, fresh food.
• Work efficiently across different roles: front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen area, in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with coworkers daily to achieve team targets while maintaining a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations is beneficial but not required.
• Completion of some high school education.
• Food Handler certification might be needed, subject to local regulations (acquired at your own expense).

Additional Information

• The kitchen workspace can be hot and noisy, with limited space.
• This role involves standing for long durations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent reaching.
• You'll be required to prepare both hot and cold dishes, using specialized kitchen tools, and to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
• Strong verbal communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and effective conflict resolution are essential.
