Role Overview
As the Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will join our global demand generation team with the goal of devising and executing an end-to-end demand generation strategy throughout the EMEA region. A pivotal aspect of this role is leveraging AI technologies to significantly amplify efficiency and results. You'll manage regional marketing campaigns from planning stages through implementation and follow-up, ensuring alignment with sales goals by adopting a results-driven, build-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with sales to prioritize and align marketing programs that achieve pipeline and booking targets year-round.
- Develop strategic partnerships across sales, corporate, and digital marketing teams to drive demand creation and field marketing programs for accelerated pipeline growth in EMEA.
- Represent marketing during high-level sales discussions in the region, clearly communicating marketing initiatives and educating sales teams on current and planned activities.
- Expand and scale field events by coordinating cohesive strategies before, during, and after events, working closely with the global event manager.
- Lead the creation and scaling of localized webinars in partnership with the webinar manager.
- Implement targeted account-based marketing strategies to support account-based selling techniques.
- Work with content teams to generate marketing assets for outbound campaigns and sales enablement tailored to the region's languages.
- Own forecasting for EMEA marketing activities, measuring and reporting on program impact.
- Maintain structured workflows, track creative requests, and manage deliverables efficiently using Wrike.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of marketing experience within the EMEA region.
- Proven leadership in building demand generation teams closely aligned to sales functions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Background in marketing for high-tech B2B organizations.
- Hands-on experience executing targeted account strategies to support account-based sales.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and key sales engagement points.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales and account management teams to coordinate offers and campaigns.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing approaches, including targeting, data enrichment, automation tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense, Sendoso, and Qualified.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content personalization and repurposing techniques, as well as prompt engineering for AI tools to generate quality marketing copy and assets.
