Job description
About Wrike
Wrike is a work management platform designed to help teams bring collaboration, creation, and execution into one place. The company’s aim is to simplify work so people can spend more time on meaningful results, working together.
Role overview
We are hiring an EMEA Senior Marketing Manager to join the global demand generation team. In this role, you will shape and run the regional demand generation strategy across EMEA, with a strong focus on using AI to increase speed, quality, and business impact. You will lead regional marketing initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up, always working backward from sales objectives and pipeline goals.
This position is meant for someone who is ready to question existing approaches, experiment with AI to improve how the role is done, and thrive in a transparent, collaborative environment built around Wrike’s own workflow platform.
What you will do
- Lead regional demand and field marketing initiatives across EMEA in partnership with sales, corporate marketing, and digital marketing stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships that help accelerate pipeline growth in the region.
- Represent the marketing function in strategic sales discussions and keep sales teams informed about upcoming and active marketing programs.
- Plan and scale field events with a consistent strategy before, during, and after each event, working closely with the global events manager.
- Drive the creation, rollout, and expansion of localized webinar programs with the webinar manager.
- Apply targeted account planning to support account-based selling and marketing efforts at a senior level.
- Partner with the content team to develop new assets for outbound marketing and sales enablement in-language.
- Own the EMEA forecast and track, analyze, and report on program performance and business impact.
- Keep workback plans, creative briefs, and deliverables organized and monitored effectively in Wrike.
- Support the EMEA marketing team in working with sales leaders to meet team KPIs.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of marketing experience within the EMEA region.
- A proven record of building demand generation teams and acting as a true extension of sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Background in marketing for a high-technology B2B company.
- Hands-on experience with targeted account strategies that support account-based selling.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touchpoints.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
- Strong time management and organizational ability.
- Comfort with critical thinking and solving complex problems.
- Experience collaborating with Sales or Account Management teams to plan, communicate, and deliver campaigns and offers.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense, Sendoso, and Qualified.
- Experience using AI for audience targeting, data enrichment, personalized messaging, content repurposing, and prompt writing for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Nice-to-have qualities
- Experience working in fully remote, globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Exposure to project management or collaborative work management technology markets, with additional value placed on vertical industry technology experience.
- High energy, a positive outlook, and a strong team-first attitude.
- A low-ego mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- A flexible approach, paired with a sense of humour.
Team environment
This is a high-impact leadership position on a strong demand generation team. The team values collaboration, initiative, and innovation, and the role offers a direct opportunity to influence revenue growth and brand visibility. The position comes with a competitive salary, full benefits, and flexible working arrangements.

- 25 calendar days of paid vacation
- 26 weeks of maternity leave and 4 weeks of paternity leave
