Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by researching, reaching out proactively, and qualifying prospects to exceed lead generation targets.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships by acting as the primary liaison for specific market segments, fostering existing accounts, and expanding portfolio revenue and profitability.
- Create and implement focused sales approaches based on analysis of hotel and market dynamics to align with sales objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including drafting proposals, organizing site visits, negotiating agreements, and closing contracts customized to client requirements while optimizing revenues.
- Handle booking arrangements efficiently by coordinating clients' room, food and beverage, and meeting space preferences, ensuring precise and prompt data entry in the hotel’s sales management system.
