Overview
Join Hilton as a Sales Manager and become an integral part of delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. This role is centered on generating and managing group sales while embodying hospitality values that enhance every guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by researching, reaching out proactively, and qualifying prospects to exceed lead generation targets.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships by acting as the primary liaison for specific market segments, fostering existing accounts, and expanding portfolio revenue and profitability.
- Create and implement focused sales approaches based on analysis of hotel and market dynamics to align with sales objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including drafting proposals, organizing site visits, negotiating agreements, and closing contracts customized to client requirements while optimizing revenues.
- Handle booking arrangements efficiently by coordinating clients' room, food and beverage, and meeting space preferences, ensuring precise and prompt data entry in the hotel’s sales management system.
