Job Overview
This role requires a dynamic sales professional skilled at generating and securing new opportunities by applying a consultative sales approach. The focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads to build sales prospects among both prospective and current clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and various sales terms effectively.
- Provide clients guidance regarding market trends, pricing structures, mortgage options, legal obligations, and other related issues.
- Drive property sales through strategic advertisements, digital marketing efforts, and leveraging multiple listing services.
- Create engaging sales presentations and supporting marketing content.
- Accompany potential buyers during property visits and inspections, offering expert advice on the property's appropriateness and market value.
- Participate in industry conventions, training seminars, and meetings to stay informed about the real estate market landscape.
- Assess clients’ financial health and creditworthiness to confirm financing eligibility.
Additional Information
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Monthly Salary Range: 20000 to 40000 INR.
