Position Overview

The role of Operations Manager entails overseeing daily activities across all departments of a wellness resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This includes managing wellness & spa, food & beverage, housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and guest relations with an aim to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain operational effectiveness, uphold health and safety standards, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations daily.
  • Serve as the main contact for operational challenges and stand in for the General Manager when needed.
  • Regularly implement and review standard operating procedures across all departments.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards aligned with the wellness and hospitality brand.
  • Analyze guest feedback from surveys and reviews to implement continual improvements in service.
