About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated female Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to enhance our Executive Search division located at Sector 63, Noida, conveniently close to the Electronic City Metro Station. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to grow a career in Talent Acquisition while collaborating with prestigious Indian and multinational companies across various sectors including Power, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Railways, Highways, Chemical, Manufacturing, Automobile, Textile, EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial.
This role demands professional recruitment and talent research skills rather than tele-calling tasks. Candidates will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies to identify and engage highly skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical and leadership roles across diverse industries.
- Conduct thorough talent research utilizing multiple mediums and channels.
- Screen candidates' resumes, perform initial interviews, and evaluate their fit for roles.
- Schedule and coordinate client interviews and oversee the recruitment process through to successful onboarding.
- Establish talent pools for specialized, technical, and leadership vacancies.
- Perform market analysis including competitor and talent mapping.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Foster enduring relationships with candidates and client organizations.

Eligibility and Additional Information
