About the Role

Recruitment

  • Handle the full hiring cycle from advertising roles and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to understand staffing needs and shape effective hiring approaches.
  • Develop and keep up a talent network for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Arrange onboarding and induction activities so new hires settle in smoothly.

Operations Management

  • Assist with daily operations by keeping processes and systems running efficiently.

  • Track daily manpower deployment to client locations and activate backup plans when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and monitor recruitment-related metrics.

Team Collaboration

Client Management & Business Development
