About the Role

Recruitment
- Handle the full hiring cycle from advertising roles and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to understand staffing needs and shape effective hiring approaches.
- Develop and keep up a talent network for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Arrange onboarding and induction activities so new hires settle in smoothly.
Operations Management
- Assist with daily operations by keeping processes and systems running efficiently.
- Review operational results and spot opportunities to improve performance.
- Track daily manpower deployment to client locations and activate backup plans when needed.
- Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and monitor recruitment-related metrics.
Team Collaboration
- Work with leadership to support employee development, retention, and satisfaction.
- Share operational information and data to support management decisions.
- Help design and implement training initiatives that improve team performance.
Client Management & Business Development
- Anticipate client staffing needs and respond proactively.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Connect with prospective clients and sustain ongoing outreach.
Qualifications
- Experience in a relevant role is an advantage, though not strictly required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable handling several tasks and priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is beneficial.
- Self-driven approach with practical, solution-focused problem-solving skills.
