Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels including job portals, social networks, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, shortlist applicants, arrange interviews, and manage interview logistics efficiently.
• Maintain consistent and prompt communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidate profiles.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in contractual recruitment specializing in lateral hiring.
• Good grasp of campus hiring techniques and capability to source candidates from educational institutions.
• Strong communication abilities to engage effectively with candidates throughout recruitment phases.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and capacity to work with minimal oversight while adhering to strict deadlines.
