Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance, governance, and compliance efforts across several nursing home facilities. This role offers a unique chance for a dedicated healthcare expert to foster continuous enhancement, aid clinical leaders, and ensure outstanding, person-centred care delivery.

Primary Duties

  • Direct quality assurance programs, governance, and continuous improvement strategies within multiple nursing homes.
  • Provide support and mentorship to Persons in Charge (PICs) to ensure adherence to HIQA standards and regulatory mandates.
  • Organize and perform quality audits to pinpoint improvement opportunities and execute corrective measures.

  • Collaborate with senior management to improve service quality, safety, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
  • Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Improvement, Clinical Governance, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Additional certification in Auditing or Risk Management is preferable.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality, governance, or compliance roles within healthcare.
