Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Managing front reception and delivering excellent client service
- Handling client inquiries and providing assistance
- Performing general office tasks including scanning
- Preparing correspondence and official documents
- Organizing appointments and meetings
- Maintaining databases and record systems
- Aiding with client onboarding and administrative processes
- Supporting accountants and advisors with routine administrative duties
- Upholding professional office practices and protocols
- Assisting with payroll processing and GST preparation when needed
