About the Role
Join a well-established manufacturing company in the Tunbridge Wells area as a Multi Skilled Operative. This key position involves supporting daily production activities, operating machinery safely, assisting in manufacturing processes, and ensuring the consistent output of high-quality products. Work Schedule and Benefits
- Workdays: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM with 1.5x overtime pay

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Assist in daily operational tasks and manufacturing processes
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and internal company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, plant operations, or heavy industrial environments
- Proven machine or production equipment operation capabilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with effective problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a practical, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
- Exceptional focus on detail, quality, and safety standards
- Good verbal communication skills
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence
