This key position involves supporting daily production activities, operating machinery safely, assisting in manufacturing processes, and ensuring the consistent output of high-quality products. Work Schedule and Benefits

• Workdays: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM with 1.5x overtime pay

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
• Assist in daily operational tasks and manufacturing processes
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and internal company policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, plant operations, or heavy industrial environments
• Proven machine or production equipment operation capabilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with effective problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a practical, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
• Exceptional focus on detail, quality, and safety standards
• Good verbal communication skills
• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence
