Job Summary

We are looking to hire a meticulous and efficient Line Side Access Specialist in our Bengaluru operations team. This position involves managing and overseeing access to critical line-side infrastructure while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. The role demands precise operational management, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills to maintain uninterrupted operations in a dynamic environment.

Primary Duties

• Oversee authorization and control of access to line-side infrastructure, restricting entry to qualified individuals only.
• Perform comprehensive inspections of access points, documenting results in accordance with company protocols.
• Apply and uphold safety and security measures to safeguard personnel and equipment.
• Identify issues related to access controls and deploy rapid solutions to minimize disruption.
• Keep detailed records of access logs, maintenance activities, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance evaluations on access control equipment and systems.
• Respond swiftly to access requests and escalate concerns to management as required.
• Ensure operations are in full compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and management regarding current operational status and issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in line-side operations or related infrastructure management roles.
• Solid understanding of access control systems and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledgeable about industry safety norms and practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in record-keeping and documenting operational data.
• Physically capable of conducting fieldwork, including in challenging environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management competence.
• Effective communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Preferably possess relevant certifications or licenses within the industry.
• Technical troubleshooting skills related to equipment are a plus.
