Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and meticulous Architecture Inspector to join our Riyadh team. This key position involves ensuring that architectural components and construction activities adhere strictly to high standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Your expertise will safeguard project integrity, protect stakeholders’ interests, and ensure exceptional construction outcomes aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural elements such as walls, drywall, doors, windows, finishes, and associated components to verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Perform detailed testing and evaluation of materials and construction techniques to assess quality, durability, and structural soundness.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and design details to ensure on-site implementation matches the approved design intent and project goals.
• Identify potential problems proactively and communicate observations and recommendations effectively to project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other inspection disciplines to resolve change orders and quality concerns promptly.
• Carry out comprehensive final inspections confirming that all architectural works meet the required quality standards and project demands.
• Compile detailed, organized inspection reports including findings, recommendations, photographic evidence, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor construction progress regularly and identify risks that could affect quality, safety, or schedules.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian, local, and international building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections to enforce compliance with project safety plans and relevant regulations.
• Participate actively in project meetings to present inspection outcomes, aid in issue resolution, and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of inspections, tests, communications, and relevant documentation.
• Keep updated with industry standards, new materials, and construction techniques to enhance inspection methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior inspectors, sharing best practices and professional insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in architectural inspection, quality assurance, construction inspection, or a similar capacity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Competency with inspection documentation software, digital photography, and reporting systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with architects, contractors, and project teams.
