Primary Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and making hiring choices.
• Manage employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts and handling grievances effectively.
• Administer employee compensation packages and benefits schemes.
• Plan and deliver training sessions to improve staff skills and professional development.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Promote a positive workplace environment focusing on employee engagement and wellness programs.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience is essential.
• Applicants must be residents of Mohali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
• Sharp problem-solving aptitude and sound decision-making skills.
• Meticulous attention to confidentiality and detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with recruitment software preferred.
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment will be advantageous but is not compulsory.
• Willingness to work night shifts when required.

Additional Information

Immediate joining is desired. The company offers competitive yearly compensation ranging from ₹360,000 to ₹650,000. There are two vacancies for this position.
