About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled Human Resources Generalist eager to engage in a versatile role that centers on building strong relationships and serving as a dependable resource for both employees and leadership. This part-time opportunity, based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area, offers approximately 20 hours per week with onsite responsibilities and occasional travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to offboarding processes.
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness.
  • Manage employee benefits including enrollments, updates, and communication efforts.
  • Assist recruiting efforts by coordinating candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding activities.

  • Promote employee engagement and cultivate a positive and professional culture across multiple office settings.
  • Perform in-person visits approximately once per month to different company locations to provide direct HR support.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
