Overview

We seek a Human Resources Executive to significantly contribute to enhancing employee experience and advancing HR excellence within a legal services firm. Partnering closely with the HR Manager, this role embraces comprehensive HR responsibilities, serving as a dependable adviser for both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise employee records across HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and informational documents for management.
  • Oversee the leave administration system and manage personnel filing and documentation.
  • Update the organizational chart to reflect company structure and reporting relationships.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance programs, and support HR-related initiatives and events.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and generate payroll analytics.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and employee onboarding.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth induction procedures.
  • Track probationary review timelines and manage associated documentation.
  • Assist and consolidate performance appraisal data during annual review cycles.
  • Support salary and bonus review activities each year.
  • Administer internship and trainee recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and regulatory submission compliance.
