Job Summary
Human Resources Associates support leadership in managing recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management by identifying HR-related challenges and providing guidance on implementing company HR policies and initiatives.
Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from $19.5 to $32.5, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required at the job location.
- Additional pay includes annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
- Extra premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be provided depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks; multiple premiums can apply simultaneously.
